  • Nancy A. Marzette — 89, died Tuesday, June 15, 2010. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the TOMB Association Building on Highway 334 East in Oxford. Burial will follow in the Flint Hill Cemetery of Etta. Visitation will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. Monday at Serenity-Martin Funeral Chapel in Oxford and one hour prior to the service at the TOMB Building on Tuesday.

      • Beatrice Nabors Bratton — 90, died Monday, June 14, 2010. Services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at the Oxford-University United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Oxford Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:30 to 3 at the church prior to the service. Waller Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
      • Harry Smith Calder — 53, died Saturday, June 12, 2010. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday. A graveside service will be held at 4 p.m. at New Providence Cemetery located at New Providence Baptist Church outside Vardaman. Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford is in charge of arrangements.

        • Gail Philip Anderson — 67, of Greenville, S.C., died Tuesday, June 8, 2010. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at The First Christian Church in Emporia, Kan. Burial will follow in the Reading Cemetery in Reading, Kan. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 this evening at the Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home in Emporia.
        • Marie Beatrice Nabors Bratton — 90, died Monday at Hermitage Gardens in Oxford. Arrangements are incomplete with Waller Funeral Home.
        • Nancy Marzette — 89, of Etta died this morning at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi. Arrangements are incomplete with Serenity-Martin Funeral Home of Oxford.
        • Vivian Lee Bennett Zinn — 87, died Sunday, June 13, 2010 at Azalea Gardens in Oxford. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Bruce, with the Rev. Aubrey Boren officiating. Burial will follow in the Bruce Cemetery. Visitation will held two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.

                • Marie Theresa Lacy Hendershot — 89, died Monday, June 7, 2010. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Cathedral in Baton Rouge, with the Rev. Paul Counce officiating. Burial will follow at 9 a.m. Saturday at Greenwood Cemetery in Reston, La. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Rabenhorst Funeral Home in Baton Rouge, and one hour prior to the service Friday at the church.

Burial will follow in Clear Creek Cemetery in Lafayette County. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 this evening in the Appleton Room at the funeral home.
                    • Patricia “Patty” Delores Schreiber — 75, died Friday, June 4, 2010. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Eastover Memorial Cemetery at a later time. Visitation will be held 30 minutes prior to the service at the church. Waller Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
                    • Sarah Rebecca “Becky” Delp VanArsdall — 85, died Friday, June 4, 2010. A memorial service will be held at 2 this afternoon at Oxford-University United Methodist Church. Visitation will be in Wesley Hall from 12:30 until service time. A private family interment will follow Tuesday at Henry Cemetery in Corinth. Waller Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
