Did some folks miss out on the pride gene?

You’ve got to wonder sometimes if folks have any pride at all, especially those who throw out garbage while traveling on County Road 313 in Lafayette County. Say, Guv, can I ask you a question?

          What’s with the un-handicapped parking?

How many times have you seen cars without handicapped parking license plates or placards parked inside those blue lines or in front of those blue signs?
