Need something to jump-start summer reading?

Summer reading used to be commonplace among youngsters, but now there are other distractions. Editor Don Whitten suggests two books – “Theodore Boone: The Abduction” by John Grisham and “The Sword of Darrow” by the father-son duo of Hal and Alex Malchow – that might be just the ticket to get people reading this summer. (June 24, 2011, Page 4A)

      Is the media world ready for two Schnuggs?

      Perhaps you’ve noticed the name “Schnugg” a bit more often the last few issues of The Oxford EAGLE? It’s because Amanda Schnugg has joined her mother, Staff Writer Alyssa Schnugg, as a member of the news team via a summer internship.
