                New high school bid approved

                Construction of $30M high school went to W.G. Yates Construction Company based in Oxford and Memphis. Construction will begin this month.

                    Local physicists part of Higgs boson discovery

                    When researchers with the CERN facility in Geneva, Switzerland, announced the discovery of the Higgs boson subatomic particle earlier this month, the news was hailed as one of the most significant scientific achievements in a generation.
