The annual Oxford Shakespeare Festival kicks off June 11
OXFORD TOWN – The 2011 Oxford Shakespeare Festival kicks off this weekend with William Shakespeare’s “Twelfth Night.” The play opens at 8 p.m. Saturday (June 11) at Meek Hall Auditorium on the Ole Miss campus. Pride of the South rises at Ford Center
OXFORD TOWN – A benefit concert for the Pride of the South Marching Band featuring the UM Wind Ensemble and guest drummer Larry Gooch (pictured) is scheduled for Tuesday, May 3, at the Gertrude C. Ford Center. Music is set to begin at 7:30 and admission is free. A reception to meet the student performers will be held for the general public after the concert.
