      DIY approach leads to ‘Progress’ for Texas artist

                B.T.C. Cookbook offers meals with a slice of small-town life

                B.T.C. Old-Fashioned Grocery owner Alexe van Beuren and chef Dixie Grimes have teamed together to create “The B.T.C. Old-Fashioned Grocery Cookbook: Recipes and Stories from a Southern Revival,” which hits shelves Tuesday.
