              Boutique hotel planned off-Square

              Charter Road Hospitality Inc. on Tuesday finalized the purchase of the property where The Gin once stood, downhill from the Square on South 14th Street. The company also recently purchased the adjacent former site of The Hoka movie house, in hopes to build a new boutique hotel on the properties. (June 13, 2012, Page 1)

                Russell leaves ‘lasting legacy’
