Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 this evening at the funeral home.
  • George Washington Lambert Jr. — 70, died Monday, May 20, 2013, at Darlington Oaks Hospice in Verona. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Coleman Funeral Home Chapel in Oxford. Burial will follow in the Turkey Creek Cemetery in Water Valley. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 this evening at the funeral home.

    • Esther Baker Mize — 85, died Saturday, May 18, 2013, at her home in Oxford. Service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at North Oxford Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Oxford Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 until 7 this evening at Waller Funeral Home in Oxford and for 30 minutes prior to the service Tuesday at the church.
    • Loyd M. Myles — 87, died Saturday, May 18, 2013, in the Golden Living Center in Batesville. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Wells Funeral Home Chapel in Batesville. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery in Enid. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
    • Herbert H. Nevitt — 85, died Thursday, May 16, 2013, in Oxford. The family has no plans for a memorial service at this time. Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford is in charge of arrangements.
