The 16th annual Double Decker Arts Festival is shaping up to be one to remember. Festival organizers are putting together an all-star lineup of both musical acts and art vendors. Recently is was announced that one of Mississippi’s own, the North Mississippi Allstars, will be headlining Saturday night’s music festival.
