Today is the home season opener for the Ole Miss Rebels at Oxford-University Stadium. Ole Miss comes into the game 3-0 overall, coming off a sweep of Stetson this past weekend.
The Rebels, ranked No. 27 in the latest Collegiate Baseball poll, will start right-hander Jacob Waguespack on the mound. Expect to see a lot of different arms, however, as coach Mike Bianco is trying to figure out a rotation coming out the bullpen. This past weekend, 10 of the 13 pitchers who made the trip saw action on the mound.
UT-Martin is 0-3 heading into the contest, having been swept by UAB this past weekend.
