Food drive nets more than 6 tons for Pantry

Thanks to area citizens and postal carriers with the U.S. Postal Service in Oxford, The Pantry’s shelves are now full. So full, some of the collected food had to be stored off site.
The Stamp Out Hunger food drive was held May 11, but volunteers at The Pantry, Oxford’s main food bank, have still not gone through the 13,000 pounds of food collected. (June 14, 2013, Page 3A)
