I’ve known Billy for several years, and ate at both his restaurants (including the one Mr. Eubanks
worked in–great cook, that kid is!) Billy was a wonderful person who never hesitated to offer his
help. If you were lucky enough to know him, you got to witness the most wicked sense of humor I’ve ever known. He always had a hint of good natured mischievousness about him. I hate we lost this one too soon. He made this earth a better place. My prayers and sympathy go out to his family.
