Aggies squeeze series from Rebs

For a while on Sunday it looked like the No. 6 Rebels were going to be able to eke out their sixth straight series win to start the season.

After taking Friday’s game against Texas A&M 8-2, Saturday was rained out, forcing two seven-inning games on Sunday at Oxford-University Stadium.

Ole Miss struggled to get anything going offensively in a 2-1 loss to open the day and then plated five runs in the first inning of the second game only to lose 10-6. (March 25, 2013, Page 4B)
