A rocky start to the Division 2-5A slate is all forgotten now that the Oxford Chargers have repeated as division champions. Thanks to Monday night’s 80-74 marathon win over West Point, the Chargers will be the No. 1 seed in next week’s division tournament at New Hope.
Earning a No. 1 seed has always been a key for OHS coach Drew Tyler, who was able to lead his team to a clean sweep of division teams at home and one win on the road at Saltillo to earn the title with a 4-2 mark.
