Ole Miss’ biggest recruiting weekend not only impressed the football prospects who attended Oxford on official visits. The weekend went so well that it produced another standout in wide receiver in Quincy Adeboyejo.
The 6-foot-3, 175-pound Cedar Hill, Texas native may have been in Hollywood during the week on an official visit to UCLA, but it became obvious once he got to Oxford and had a chance to hang out with the other recruits on the Square Friday night, Ole Miss was the school for him.
Adeboyejo, who was once committed to play at Texas A&M, made his intentions public on his Twitter account (@QuincyA18) late Friday, saying “I planned on announcing on the 29th but why wait when you know where you need to be? Ole Miss is home.”
The weekend’s visit for Adeboyejo also felt right for his parents who accompanied him.
