Three players in double figures wasn’t enough to lift the Lafayette Commodores past New Albany Tuesday night on the road. The Bulldogs topped the ‘Dores 65-55 to drop them to 1-2 in Division 2-4A play and 8-6 overall. Montreal Nabors led LHS with 17 points, six rebounds and five steals.
Brandon Mack had 16 points, eight rebounds, four assists and two blocks. Joshua Barry had a double-double with 16 points and 12 rebounds. Both LHS varsity teams return to action Friday at home against Tunica-Rosa Fort beginning with the girls game at 6 p.m. (January 30, 2013, Page 8)
