A scholarship offer from University of Buffalo wasn’t on the mind of Alexus Malone two years. What was on the mind of the Oxford Lady Chargers’ standout forward was recovering from her second torn ACL on her left knee.
While the Oxford Lady Chargers had nine seniors on last year’s Class 5A state championship team, the recovery of Malone was as key as any to the team winning the title.
