The Oxford Chargers are looking to defend their MHSAA Class 5A state title this Saturday at the annual state meet held at Mississippi College’s Choctaw Trails.
OHS coach Chris Patton was more than upbeat about his team’s chances heading into the meet that also includes division champion Saltillo and Pearl, a program that has set the standard in 5A running for several years. (November 9, 2012, Page 7A)
