Tonight will provide the first opportunity for the new-look Ole Miss women’s basketball team to show how it bounces back after a loss.
After losing a disappointing 85-71 decision to Lamar on Nov. 19, the Lady Rebels will need a better all-around effort tonight when they host Mississippi Valley State.
Following the loss, acting head coach Brett Frank said the hiccups the Lady Rebs (2-1 overall) experienced against Lamar were part of the growing pains of everything that’s been newly implemented. (November 27, 2012, Page 6)
