The Planning Commission approved the site plan for eight additional Katrina cottages in the South Lamar Cottage Creek subdivision and two variance requests allowing the one-bedroom cottages to be under the city’s minimum living square foot space and to use crushed stone for the parking lot. (November 16, 2012, Page 1A)
