Freeze hopeful Rebs can bounce back once more

Last week’s loss was another heartbreaker for the Ole Miss Rebels. With bowl eligibility seemingly within their grasp for a second consecutive week, the Rebels lost a late lead and eventually fell at No. 8 LSU 41-35.

It was a loss first-year coach Hugh Freeze called one of the toughest to swallow in his coaching career regardless of the level during his regularly scheduled press conference at the Indoor Practice Facility.

Now, the Rebels (5-6 overall, 2-5 SEC) must once again find a way to regroup with the No. 25 Mississippi State Bulldogs (8-3, 4-3) coming to Oxford and make sure LSU doesn’t beat them twice. (November 20, 2012, Page 8)
