WATER VALLEY — There was a time five years ago when Brad Embry first took over the football program at Water Valley High School where he wondered how an eighth-grader named Quinterrio Bailey was going to turn out.
It’s not that Bailey was a troublesome child, Embry said, but there were things he was doing as a typical eighth grade boy that were going to either define him through high school or make him realize that he had to improve moving forward. (September 27, 2012, Page 6)
