A solution to some of Oxford’s downtown parking concerns — as well as a place for those who’d like to park their vehicles longer than two hours — could be available by next spring after city officials came to an agreement this week to purchase the undeveloped portion of the Vieux Carré development west of North Lamar Boulevard for $2.35 million. (August 23, 2012, Page 1)
