Oxford quarterback Parker Adamson has never slept better than he did Sunday night. After spending 10 days on the road and sleeping in hotel beds as he attended various college camps, returning home to sleep in his own bed was even better than normal.
Adamson’s tour of college campuses included camps at Indiana, Mississippi State, Tennessee, Duke and Clemson. He started his month with Ole Miss’ invitation-only camp, and Friday he heads south to take part in Tulane’s camp.
The workouts went well, Adamson said, and he feels like he has improved his skills while also adding to his exposure for college coaches, who have a better idea of what kind of skills he has as a thrower. (June 19, 2012, Page 6)
