OHS Senior loses brain tumor battle

Oxford High School senior Alan Jack Pinnow, 18, died Sunday morning after a nine-month battle with a brain tumor. Jack was the son of OHS English teacher Peter Pinnow and Jennifer Pinnow. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. tonight at North Oxford Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 5 p.m. at the church with interment following at Coleman Funeral Home. (April 16, 2012, Page 1)

      Wow! So sad my prayers go out to the family that has lost such a wonderful son. Life is to short and we must live on and realize that life is a gift that can be taken away in a matter of seconds… :`(
