A 3-1 win over Nettleton Tuesday night secured a spot in next week’s Class 3A playoffs for the Water Valley Blue Devils. Cody Greer picked up the victory for the Blue Devils, while Taylor King came on to garner the save. Chris Wilson paced the offensive attack with a double, single and two RBIs. Chris Conard also had a double and a single. WVHS (11-10 overall, 6-2 in Division 2-3A) returns to action Saturday at home for Military Appreciation Day.
