The Oxford tennis team improved to 3-0 on Tuesday with a 6-1 victory over Alcorn Central at home.
Quinn Elliott and Kara Rose won the boys and girls singles by blanking their opponents 6-0, 6-0.
Judson Watson and Andrew Mullen claimed the No. 1 boys doubles point by a score of 6-1, 6-2.
The tandem of Cari Hansen and Emily Domke won the No. 1 girls doubles point 6-0, 6-0, as did the No. 2 duo of Madison Cobb and McClellan Davis.
The mixed doubles team of Sarah Nash and Will Swindoll also earned a 6-0, 6-0 victory.
Collier Phillips and Joseph McQueen were saddled with Oxford’s lone loss, dropping the No. 2 boys doubles point 6-2, 6-4.
