A lot has changed since the last time Alex Yarbrough roamed the infield of Lupton Stadium and Williams-Reilly Field as a skinny high school senior.
Hailing from Allen, Texas, approximately an hour northeast of Fort Worth, Yarbrough was a frequenter of Texas Christian University’s stadium while playing summer ball growing up.
When Yarbrough returns on Friday, he’ll be the switch-hitting, three-hole hitting leader of the No. 22 Rebels. (February 13, 2012, Page 2B)
