The Ole Miss QB Club will hold its annual signing day party at the Inn at Ole Miss on Feb. 1. Doors open at 8 a.m. with a continental breakfast being served. Chuck Rounsaville and Yancy Porter of the OMSpirit.com will be in attendance, updating folks on the Rebels’ signees. Transportation to and from the Inn will be provided at the parking lot located on Old Taylor Road. Parking on campus will result in a ticket without a permit.
Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. with Ole Miss head coach Hugh Freeze and his staff speaking soon after his afternoon press conference is over at 2 p.m. Ole Miss football highlight videos, as well as a video of the 2012 signees, will be shown. Ole Miss baseball coach Mike Bianco and Michael Thompson, Ole Miss’ Director of Marketing, are also scheduled to speak during the event.
Cost of the event is $30 and is for QB Club members only. Non-members can join at the meeting. Please remember that this Signing Day event is done by the Ole Miss Quarterback Club and is a major fund raiser with all proceeds going to satisfy the needs of the Ole Miss football program. Membership dues are exempt from federal taxes and are tax deductible. (January 19, 2012)
