The return of Murphy Holloway to the lineup made a world of difference for the Ole Miss men’s basketball team Wednesday night against Arkansas. Not only did the junior forward score 19 points and grab 14 rebounds, his uplifting presence brought out the best in his teammates, who arguably played their best game of the season in a 71-63 win over the Razorbacks.
With a win in the Southeastern Conference under their belt the Rebels and Holloway, who had been out since rolling his ankle against Middle Tennessee on Dec. 21, now look to win on the road. Ole Miss is just 2-3 in true road games this year, although the Rebels have won four games away from Oxford this year overall. (January 13, 2012, Page 6A)
