Former Oxford standout Chad Cregar has signed a contract with the Windy City Thunderbolts of the Frontier League. Cregar was previously drafted by the Chicago Cubs (47th round in 2008) and Florida Marlins (15th round in 2009) out of Western Kentucky and has bounced around the minor leagues since 2009. (January 10, 2012, Page 9)
