Ole Miss freshman guard LaDarius “Snoop” White had been waiting for a chance to showcase his talents to Rebels fans.
Saturday, that day finally came and he didn’t disappoint.
White scored 14 of his game-high 16 points on a 5-for-6 first-half shooting performance in his Ole Miss debut to help lead the Rebels to a 80-56 win over Mississippi Valley State Saturday afternoon at C.M “Tad” Smith Coliseum.
The McComb native entered the game at the 15:23 mark and connected on his first of four 3-pointers on the night to tie the game at nine and spark the Rebels offense to a 32-13 run that led to a 41-22 halftime lead. (December 12, 2011, Page 7)
