Oxford’s trip to Missouri proved successful as they defeated the Cape Central (Missouri) Lady Tigers 78-55 Saturday.
Erika Sisk led the Lady Chargers with 24 points and eight steals. Alexus Malone had 13 points and four blocks; Kristen Dickerson added 12 points, while Meisha Gillom led the team with 11 rebounds.
OHS coach Shayne Linzy said the Lady Chargers played a great all-around game. Oxford will return to action Friday at Senatobia. (December 12, 2011, Page 7)
