BLOG — Former Lafayette High School fast-pitch softball coach Catherine Papagolos and her attorney, Joe Murray of Ripley, have officially filed a federal lawsuit against the Lafayette County School District, a board member and former district employee.The suit was filed in federal court in Oxford this morning. Board member Michael McPhail is listed as a defendant in the suit paperwork, as is former Lafayette Athletics Director Jeff Nelson.
