WATER VALLEY — The Lafayette Middle School basketball teams made the most of their opportunities Thursday evening taking three of four games at Water Valley.
In the seventh-grade matchups, Lafayette’s girls won 31-8 and the Commodores won 22-11.
Lafayette’s eighth-graders also won 21-16, while Water Valley’s eighth-grade girls claimed a 17-8 victory at the WVHS gym. (November 18, 2011, Page 7A)
