WATER VALLEY — Fresh off of a lopsided victory at South Pontotoc, the Blue Devils must buckle down and prepare for a tough Region 2-3A contest against the Nettleton Tigers on Friday.
Although the Tigers (2-5 overall) are coming off of a 43-7 loss to Aberdeen, Water Valley coach Brad Embry cautioned that his team must be on its A-game against Nettleton.
Like Charleston, Nettleton is a team that has a reputation of having more than its share of speed at the skill positions. (October 13, 2011, Page 7)
