$3 a gallon gas is better, but why not $2?

It’s always good to see gasoline prices fall, but Editor Don Whitten wonders if we haven’t gotten too accustomed to higher prices if we think a drop to $3 is that good. He takes a look at the effect of high gas prices and wonders if we’ll ever see $2 a gallon fuel again. (October 3, 2011, Page 4A)
