During Ole Miss’ first intrasquad scrimmage on Saturday at Oxford-University Stadium, Bousfield really stood out.
Late in the game, Bousfield threw Jake Overbey out at home, threw Austin Sullivan out at second base to complete a double play and then crashed into the center field wall attempting to track down a ball off the bat of fellow outfielder Zach Kirksey. After laying face down on the warning track for several moments, Bousfield popped up, shook off the loud collision and remained in the scrimmage.
