Charger Challenge

The Oxford Endowment for Public Education presents the inaugural Charger Challenge from 10 a.m. to noon Oct. 1 at the Oxford High School soccer field. Several family activities, such as races and games, will be featured. Admission is free. Members of the community are invited to become a 25th Anniversary Member of OEPE by making a $25 donation to the nonprofit organization. Those who join will be entered into the raffle for prizes from local businesses. OEPE is celebrating 25 years of funding teacher proposals for cutting-edge programs and technology as well as books, instruments and equipment. OEPE plans to grow its endowment so that its contributions can transform Oxford’s schools. One hundred person of the tax-deductible membership fees go directly to the classroom.
