WATER VALLEY — Hot temperatures for voters who cast ballots at the polls wasn’t the only thing that made news in Yalobusha County’s primary election Tuesday.
Four races — sheriff, county prosecuting attorney, constable for District 1 and District 3 Supervisor — will now be decided in a runoff on Aug. 23 after a majority failed to be reached in the first stage of the primary election process. (August 3, 2011, Page 2)
