Local artists and art students may be confused when they head to the Oxford Market Place off of West Jackson Avenue and find the popular craft store, Paint & Pen, is no longer there.
Now located at in the Heritage Centre shopping center at 303 Heritage Drive., behind the Applebees restaurant, regular customers have been admiring the new building which opened on June 30. (August 15, 2011, Page 9A)
