Absentee Ballots

When: 7/20/2011 - 7/31/2011

Absentee ballots for the Aug. 2 primary election are now available in the Lafayette County Circuit Clerks office. Those eligible to vote absentee can come by the office between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and pick up an absentee ballot. The office will o be open from 8 a.m. to noon this Saturday, and again on July 30. July 30 will be the last day to walk into the clerk’s office and vote absentee. Voters are reminded that because this is a partisan primary election, they must cast either a Republican ballot or a Democratic ballot. Voters should make sure they pick up the absentee ballot that has the candidates they want to support before they cast the ballot. For more information, call 234-4951.
