Absentee Ballots

When: 7/30/2011 - 7/31/2011

Absentee ballots for the Aug. 2 primary election are now available in the Lafayette County Circuit Clerk’s office. Those eligible to vote absentee can come by the office between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and pick up an absentee ballot. The office will  be open from 8 a.m. to noon this Saturday. This Saturday will be the last day to walk into the clerk’s office and vote absentee. Voters are reminded that because this is a partisan primary election, they must cast either a Republican ballot or a Democratic ballot. Voters should make sure they pick up the absentee ballot that has the candidates they want to support before they cast the ballot. For more information, call 234-4951.
