A call from Ole Miss women’s tennis coach Mark Beyers last Sunday was one former Oxford High standout Will Huntington won’t soon forget. Coming off a successful first season as a member of the Meridian Community College men’s tennis team, Huntington was looking to improve his skills and stay in shape this summer.
The opportunity to help instruct at Ole Miss’ annual tennis camp this week proved to be the perfect way for Huntington to keep in shape, and in the process, improve as he helped younger players get better. (June 24, 2011, Page 7A)
