A 23-year-old woman was killed Monday in an early-morning wreck. According to the Mississippi Highway Patrol, Ariel “Channing” Mitchell Rodgers was traveling on Highway 328 at 7:13 a.m. when she lost control of her vehicle and struck a tree. I cannot express how much she has been on my mind! I know her through daycare and she truly was a wonderful mother. Her son was her life! My prayers will continue to be with her husband and son!
