High winds forced the Ole Miss men’s tennis match against No. 4 Tennessee indoors at the Gillom Sports Center. The change of venue made it worse on the the Rebels, who lost to the Vols 4-3 on Senior Day.
The ITA/SEC rule states that if you have 20 mph sustained winds or greater forecasted for two of the four hours the match is scheduled (1-5) then the match is moved indoors. (April 4, 2011, Page 8A)
