Kenneth Mullin Sr, 55 of Oxford, an employee of the city, was killed in a car accident Thursday afternoon. Hodges-Freeman Funeral Home of Oxford is in charge of Mullin’s funeral arrangements. (April 29, 2011, Page 2A)
