Water Valley boys basketball players Walt McCullough, Matt Dalton and McKendrick Bounds were all named to the All-Region 2-3A team recently. The trio were named to the first team thanks to their outstanding seasons that led the Blue Devils to another appearence in the Class 3A playoffs.
Also joining the team as honorable mentions were Fred McGee and T.J. Sims. (March 1, 2011, Page 9)
