Rebels working hard to make NFL teams

A league currently embroiled in a lockout stemming from extreme disagreements over financial disbursements and future contracts hasn’t swayed 15 former Ole Miss players from following their dream of playing in the NFL.
Those players continued to live out their dreams of playing for the NFL Tuesday by participating in Ole Miss’ Pro Day held at the IPF. Scouts from 24 of the 32 teams watched players such as quarterback Jeremiah Masoli, defensive tackle Jerrell Powe and cornerback Jeremy McGee go through the drills that will help determine if and where they have a chance to play on the next level.
