With the results of the 2010 Census calculated, the Standing Joint Legislative Committee on Reapportionment has scheduled a series of public meetings to allow the public an opportunity to discuss the effects the census will have on redistricting for the Mississippi Senate and House of Representatives. The first in this series of meetings will be held at 6:30 p.m. Friday in the Johnson Commons ballroom on the campus of the University of Mississippi.
